Crawl, Walk, Run
We hate time. We either want things to go faster or slower. I’m not going to quote some quasi-yoga meditative sentiments about being in the now but the truth is improvement take time. Seeds become sprouts, sprouts grow into trees, and their branches bear fruit. Babies crawl, kids walk and then eventually run.
Keep going and don’t stop. It’s cliché, it’s not sexy, or thrilling or anything like you would see on TV but it’s real. Every moment lends itself to the next. You can be your best self in this instant if you choose to do the right thing and a second later choose to do the right thing again.
